It's not about media rights for them. It's about cable subscribers paying.

Certainly, the media rights for all of those games are already under contract. The contract has a look in in 2017 that can increase for them. But it is totally irrelevant regarding a cable channel.

The cable channel is about one of the entities that has the rights creating a channel and selling it to all of the cable and satellite companies for monthly fees. There is provision for if this happens, the ACC gets a cut. The ACC already gets a cut from Raycom for the profit sharing of the syndication outside of the ACC footprint that Raycom has recently put in place nationwide.
